TIMTED 2025, May 22-24, 2025, Timișoara (Romania)

 

 

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara, and the East-European Center for Research in Economics and Business (ECREB) are pleased to invite you to attend the International Conference “Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries” (TIMTED-2025).

The 8th edition, TIMTED-2025 (May 22-24, 2025) aims to bring together academics, professors, researchers, Ph.D. students, as well as professionals from around the world. It seeks to provide participants with a high-quality scientific context and facilitate debates and exchanges of ideas regarding contemporary social issues such as globalization, the unpredictable organizational environment and the advancement of digital technologies. The conference encourages interdisciplinary research grounded in economics and business.

Accepted Papers

Extended abstracts of between 3000 and 6000 characters long (with spaces) will be prepared according to the template and following authors’ guidelines available on the conference website.  The conference reviewers will evaluate these first. Every participant may submit a maximum of two extended abstracts as sole author or co-author. Only original papers on subjects related to all fields of economics and business administration are accepted.

Although these are the proposed topics, the conference welcomes papers focusing on other topics. However, when choosing the title, it is recommended to consider the following areas or topics:

Registration Link

The conference fee is 150 Euros per participant, and it includes attendance, conference bag and materials, coffee breaks and participation in the Gala Dinner. Ph.D. Students pay a reduced conference fee of 75 Euros per participant.
